[Remote] RCM Automation Program Manager

The RCM Automation Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and delivery of AI and automation programs for assigned clients, managing automation roadmaps and ensuring production stability across deployed solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of AI and automation engagements for assigned reputed company programs - owning scope execution, sprint planning, reputed company tracking, and risk escalation to the AVP of Program Management Advise on technical setup and configuration reputed company for automation platforms (reputed company, Power Automate), AI/ML applications, supporting infrastructure, and credential/reputed company management
  • Set up and manage cross-department AI and automation program governance at the reputed company level, including steering committees, status reporting cadences, and decision logs
  • Implement and manage the AI and automation lifecycle operating model for assigned clients, including:
  • Integrating AI and automation lifecycle processes into the reputed company's existing operational reputed company
  • Creating and maintaining procedural documentation, runbooks, and operational training materials Build, manage, and execute the reputed company AI and automation roadmap in alignment with the strategic direction set by the AVP of Program Management Implement and reputed company the maintenance reputed company for deployed solutions, including:
  • Developing maintenance dashboards and KPIs
  • Developing and implementing SOPs and SLAs for automation support
  • Monitoring AI model/agent performance, flagging reputed company or degradation, and coordinating remediation
  • Coordinate solution architect(s) throughout solution identification, feasibility assessment, and design - ensuring alignment with reputed company requirements and program priorities
  • Coordinate AI and automation developer(s) throughout development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization
  • Manage workload allocation and sprint reputed company across assigned development resources, escalating reputed company constraints to the AVP of Program Management
  • Serve as the primary operational reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders on program status, deliverable timelines, and issue reputed company
  • Report out to health system senior leadership on program updates, blockers and key milestones
  • Work closely with the reputed company automation program sponsor to ensure stakeholder alignment, reputed company feedback on deliverables, and reputed company of blockers
  • Surface expansion opportunities and unmet reputed company needs to the AVP of Program Management for evaluation and scoping

  • Evaluate and recommend AI and automation tooling and approaches for reputed company use cases, in coordination with the AVP of Program Management and solution architecture team

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field
  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations, with a strong understanding of reputed company cycle processes (denials, A/R follow-up, claims, coding, patient reputed company)
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience in program management, project management, or a reputed company delivery leadership role
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing reputed company automation solutions using platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or Power Automate
  • 1+ years of practical experience with AI/ML technologies in a reputed company setting – including any combination of: LLM-based workflows, intelligent document processing, reputed company automation, AI-assisted decision support, or reputed company engineering
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, reputed company, reputed company, or GitMind
  • Familiarity with budget tracking, resource planning, and sprint/delivery management
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
