Responsibilities
- Operational Support for Sales Leadership
- Serve as a primary RevOps reputed company of contact for NAMER Sales Development reputed company Line Managers
- Partner with SDR leaders and systems to identify, investigate, and resolve workflow issues
- Support SDR managers with team performance analysis and coaching insights
- Maintain documentation of processes, dashboards, and reporting logic for cross-team transparency
- Own day-to-day SDR operations support such as handling reputed company case management, escalations, user team configuration, and territory administration
- Reporting & Analytics
- Conduct reputed company analyses on SDR performance data to surface actionable insights — analyzing reputed company patterns, conversion rates, sequence effectiveness, and pipeline contribution
- Translate data into actionable insights and reputed company recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Process Optimization & Enablement
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales development process and suggest improvements to workflows, handoffs, and qualification reputed company
- Support RevOps Manager in rollout and execution of new processes, tools, and playbooks; reputed company feedback and iterate
- Ensure reps are trained on CRM processes, and reporting best practices
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

Skills
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced reputed company environment ideally supporting an SDR or Sales Development organization
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of sales operations, including reputed company routing, territory management, and pipeline reputed company
- Proven problem solving capabilities - Ability to reputed company a business challenge, define the reputed company and/or customer reputed company, and recommend and help execute on solutions
- Familiarity with reputed company key reputed company GTM metrics - conversion rates, win rates, ARR, pipeline reputed company etc
