Responsibilities
- Support customers in adopting reputed company effectively and building confidence in their research reputed company
- Advise on research methodologies, study design best practices, participant recruitment strategies, and reputed company analysis

Skills
- 3+ years in reputed company, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B reputed company environment
- Experience supporting reputed company or mid-market customers, ideally with product, design, research, or technical audiences

- Research-savvy: Comfortable learning, discussing, and guiding research workflows (no formal UXR background required)
