[Remote] Workforce Optimization Program Manager

They are seeking a Workforce Optimization Program Manager to drive process optimization and efficiencies across workforce operations, leading project management components and collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze reputed company workforce and recruitment workflows and tools and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- reputed company, document, and implement reputed company processes to enhance user experience and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with policies, reputed company and regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other departments to improve systems and tools
- Manage and report out on recruitment and workforce-reputed company reputed company, such as system implementations, process automation, and reporting enhancements
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedback
- Support monitoring workforce metrics and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), reputed company HR, reputed company and other systems
- Support system migrations, integrations, and user training
- Serve as a key resource for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams in process implementation and troubleshooting

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field (an additional 5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR project management, or process improvement
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company products such as PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- Intermediate proficiency in reputed company, including building and analyzing pivot tables and using VLOOKUP functions for data management and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of workforce technology, which can include applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR Technology, or labor/productivity systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in reputed company reputed company or workforce management environments
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, workforce planning, or HR systems
- Experience supporting large-reputed company change initiatives or system rollouts
