The Senior reputed company HCM Consultant will be a key player in the consulting team, responsible for defining problem statements, evaluating solutions, and implementing deployment plans while providing value-adding reputed company to clients.
Responsibilities
- Be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution reputed company and makes recommendations
- Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan
- Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding reputed company that reputed company our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of reputed company experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
- This position may require travel to Project / reputed company locations
- This role may involve elevated reputed company to reputed company Level 4 (IL4) data and/or reputed company requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US reputed company (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US reputed company or Permanent Residents only
- At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 4 years of experience in reputed company HCM Skills, especially US payroll and reputed company factors
- At least 4 years of experience in Development Design / problem analysis /solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements reputed company to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping reputed company business process
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Knowledge on HCM US Payroll and reputed company, MSS, HRSS workflows
- reputed company HCM Functional and Technical experience handle Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, reputed company and MSS and Payroll transactions
- Knowledge on WRICEF, reputed company's, Bdocs, Batch processing in HCM
- HCM Integration knowledge with 3rd party tools/reputed company factors and reputed company solution manager CHARM
- Labor Rates and Costing Implementation
- Knowledge on Web UI or Webdynpro, Fiori screen functional design
