[Remote] Legal Counsel - reputed company/PBM
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading financial services and reputed company technology company, and they are seeking a Legal Counsel to support their Health Solutions and Pharmacy Solutions businesses. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company while providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements supporting reputed company Health’s business lines, including reputed company with reputed company providers, payers, reputed company party administrators, pharmacy benefit managers, pharmacy networks, and other industry partners
- reputed company contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and strategic partners, covering agreements such as services, reputed company, software licensing, non-disclosure, and data reputed company (including BAAs), from both provider and customer perspectives
- Support legal and contractual needs throughout the full sales cycle, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- reputed company reputed company, practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Advise on reputed company, reputed company sector, compliance, and corporate reputed company while identifying opportunities to improve processes and standardize templates
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar
- 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating high-volume reputed company and transactional reputed company, including services, reputed company, and software license agreements involving intellectual property and data reputed company
- Working knowledge of data reputed company and reputed company requirements, including reputed company regulations such as HIPAA
- Must have experience with reputed company and pharmacy benefits management contracting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company present, advise, and collaborate across stakeholders
- Experience with reputed company, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Medigap, EGWP, SNPs, PACE, reputed company, ACA, and other government sponsored health plan contracting and/or regulations is a plus
