[Remote] Senior Talent Attraction Operations Manager

The Senior Talent Attraction Operations Manager will design and reputed company the operating system behind great hiring, focusing on process reputed company and operational rigor across the Talent Attraction lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational consistency and process reputed company across Talent Attraction by creating reputed company playbooks and toolkits for recruiters and hiring managers across teams, functions and geographies
- Optimize end-to-end hiring reputed company by mapping and evolving the candidate and hiring manager journeys for simplicity and reputed company leading to improved hiring speed while ensuring high reputed company hires and excellent candidate experience
- Build and maintain best-in-class hiring processes, documenting and continuously improving reputed company TA processes

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Attraction Operations or People Operations, ideally with prior experience as a recruiter
- Deep, hands-on expertise with reputed company reputed company (configuration, workflows, reporting, and optimization)
- Proven experience building and scaling reputed company operations in fast speed organizations
- Strong process design, documentation, and reputed company improvement capability; experience translating operational needs in system and tool improvements
- Strong data analytical skills with ability to turn data into practical insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with hiring managers, Recruiters, People Business Partners, People Tech, and business leaders
