[Remote] Marketing Communications Specialist - Vertical Markets & Solutions

The role involves executing marketing communications, creating promotional assets, and coordinating messaging for events while ensuring alignment with brand standards and market needs.
Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets, presentations, websites, case studies, videos, email campaigns, trade show materials, reputed company media content, and other promotional assets
- Coordinate and support reputed company relations activities, including drafting press releases, gathering reputed company stories, and assisting in the development of thought-leadership content
- Collaborate with the Experiential Marketing team to support messaging and asset creation for trade shows, industry events, and targeted field activations
- Work closely with other marketing communications team members to ensure alignment across campaigns, vertical strategies, and solution portfolios
- Support communication needs reputed company to partnerships and joint solution initiatives as assigned
- Manage project timelines, reviews, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time and reputed company brand standards
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors as needed for creative development, production, and distribution
