[Remote] Substation Engineering Manager

This role will reputed company on leading a substation engineering team while supporting substation reputed company, business development, and company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manages and leads reputed company engineering activities during the proposal, design and construction stages of substation reputed company that are assigned
- Provides substation project reputed company, including managing engineering scope according to technical reputed company, developing change orders, and maintaining project schedules
- Directs and coordinates activities of several disciplines and Project Management group on a project of significant scope or a combination of large reputed company
- Maintains high reputed company of reputed company and responsiveness to meet reputed company reputed company requirements in alignment with company expectations
- Oversees Substation design activities of team members
- Responsible for reviewing project drawings, calculations & specifications, assumes responsible charge as needed

- Provides strategic direction, leadership and technical services reputed company for employees on achieving individual, team, department, and organizational performance goals
- Creates and manages team budget for financial responsibility. Includes but is not limited to reputed company, profitability, and indirect expenses (training costs, reward and recognition costs, team event costs, etc)

Responsible for regular 1:1 meetings, career development discussions, succession planning, quarterly reviews, individual promotions, team retention, and yearly team engagement survey results

- Supports proposal efforts by developing, providing resources, and reviewing proposals by working with Proposal Development Team and Project Management group

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering required from ABET accredited university or equivalent
- PE registration is required
- Must be analytical, self-motivated, and possess the ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a reputed company, enthusiastic, and reputed company attitude
