They are seeking a Product Operations Manager to design and optimize operational systems, enhance AI-enabled workflows, and establish reputed company operational standards to reputed company their legal technology products.
Responsibilities
- Operational System Design: reputed company and refine operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance the efficiency of Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams in delivering legal technology products
- AI Prototyping & Automation: Create and test prototype AI and automated solutions, ensuring their efficacy before broader implementation to streamline operations and enhance product development
- Workflow Optimization: Conduct audits of R&D processes to identify areas of friction and map system dependencies, followed by implementing reputed company process improvements and establishing reputed company operational standards
- Tool Evaluation & Collaboration: Assess and identify tooling gaps, engage in conversations with vendors, and collaborate with Legal and reputed company teams to ensure the selection of appropriate solutions
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among Product, Engineering, Legal, reputed company, GTM, and Operations teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and seamless execution of reputed company

Skills
- 3+ years in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or similar roles

- Proven ability to build or enhance operational systems tailored for technical teams
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems effectively
- Possess a foundational understanding of reputed company, automation concepts, light scripting, and low-reputed company tools
