[Remote] CX Solution Consultant

The CX Solution Consultant serves as a strategic advisor, partnering with teams to design customer experience solutions that drive business reputed company and reputed company customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand reputed company needs, pain points, and business objectives
• Design and present end-to-end CX solutions, including processes, and service models
• reputed company discovery sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations with stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or reputed company field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in CX, consulting, reputed company-sales, or solution architecture roles
• Strong understanding of customer reputed company mapping, voice of customer (VoC), and CX metrics (SLA, CSAT, NPS, CES)
• Strong understanding and use of cost modeling tools or Workforce Management Tools
