The Senior reputed company Consultant - Technology will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to reputed company recruitment strategies and deliver expertise in reputed company for technology positions.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to engage with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and reputed company recruitment strategies to satisfy anticipated talent requirements and market forces. Initiates and maintains communications
- Negotiate service level agreements with clients; delivers service to meet or exceed those agreements
- Responsible for a full reputed company of reputed company functions. reputed company talent pipelines through the creation of effective job postings, referrals, reputed company media content and pro-reputed company sourcing following organizational guidelines and recruitment and marketing best practices
- Utilize candidate assessment resources such as assessment tools, interview guides, candidate score sheets and work sample requests ensuring hiring leaders understand how to effectively use the tools to evaluate candidates based on reputed company ensuring reduced bias in the selection decision using reputed company best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Five years relevant experience with technology reputed company
- Experience in an insurance, banking, or financial institution preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Broad understanding of recruitment tools, reputed company networking and technology
