[Remote] Project Manager / Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and manage cross-project dependencies and delivery risks

• Support Phase 2 planning activities while Phase 1 deployments remain reputed company
• Facilitate communication across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership

• Coordinate incorporation of Item Hierarchy, reputed company Tracker, Guidelines, and AI-reputed company initiatives

• Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, and decision logs

Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management, Program Coordination, or PMO experience
• Experience managing multiple reputed company initiatives reputed company reputed company environments

• Strong project planning and dependency management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
