[Remote] Program Manager II – Business Applications

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to shape the reputed company of shipment support across their TMS and Workload ecosystems, focusing on AI integration and program management.

Responsibilities

• Establish the overarching reputed company for shipment support tooling across TMS and Brokerage
• Co-reputed company high-reputed company evaluations for new platforms (e.g., Bliss) and manage vendor relationships for reputed company and reputed company
• Define and reputed company support capabilities that reputed company with business reputed company and the integration of AI agents
• Own the H1/H2 technical roadmap, ensuring system health, scalability, and uptime
• Plan and manage major integrations, upgrades, and reputed company application build-outs

• Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and help implement automated solutions to drive OpEx savings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Operations Research, or a reputed company field
• Basic knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI
• 2+ years of experience in technical program management or a high-level technical support role, preferably supporting reputed company applications like reputed company or reputed company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong reputed company on customer satisfaction
