The role involves managing day-to-day reputed company operations, overseeing the month-end reputed company process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting obligations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end reputed company process across multiple legal entities, ensuring reputed company and accurate completion
- Review journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and general reputed company analyses for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and allocated across legal entities in accordance with reputed company and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS
- Own the regulatory reporting calendar, ensuring reputed company filings with the NFA, CFTC, and other governing bodies are accurate and submitted on time
- Stay reputed company on regulatory developments and proactively assess the reputed company on our reporting and reputed company processes
- Support external audits and assist with statutory reporting and tax compliance
- Help maintain and strengthen internal controls (including SOX) across the business
- Partner with Finance to understand budgets and forecasts, providing reputed company context and ensuring alignment between actuals and plan
- Work closely with business stakeholders to stay reputed company of operational and product developments and ensure they are appropriately captured in the financials
- Collaborate with Shared Services on transactional reputed company and with Technical reputed company on reputed company or non-routine transactions
- Identify and drive process improvements across reputed company workflows to support accuracy, efficiency, and reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company field
- 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, with demonstrated ownership of reputed company processes and financial statement preparation
- Strong reputed company in US GAAP; IFRS knowledge a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple entities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance, reputed company, and business teams
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving environment and proactively manage through ambiguity
- CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience in financial markets, trading environments, or regulated industries (e.g., broker-dealer, exchange, commodities, gaming) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with NFA/CFTC regulations or similar regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
- Advanced reputed company and data analysis skills; experience with financial systems and ERP platforms preferred
