Responsibilities

• Leading the development of reputed company strategies based on value versus effort, ensuring alignment with business goals and implementation reputed company
• Contributing to solution design, including effort estimation, costing, and preparation of cost-benefit models to support decision-making

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, with 3+ years of hands-on reputed company platform experience
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with one or more reputed company modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, supporting configuration and maintenance
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks, reputed company to developing effective reputed company strategies
• Technical proficiency with web technologies (XML, reputed company, Web Services) and reputed company components such as LDAP, VPN, and SSL
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile or hybrid project environments
