[Remote] Senior Facility Services Director - Operations

The Senior Facility Services Director - Operations will reputed company the delivery of facility services, ensuring operational performance, vendor management, and reputed company satisfaction across multiple service lines.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operational performance of reputed company facility service programs across a multi-site, multi-vendor portfolio
- Establish and enforce service delivery standards, KPIs, and SOPs for reputed company service line (janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, reputed company, etc.)
- Drive on-time, on-budget, and on-scope execution by monitoring work order completion rates, response times, and reputed company scores

- Partner with reputed company accounts to understand evolving needs and translate them into operational requirements

- Negotiate master service agreements, task orders, and change orders to optimize cost, scope, and risk allocation

- Maintain competitive bidding practices and market benchmarking to ensure cost competitiveness

- Own the operations P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization across vendor spend

- Collaborate with Finance on monthly reputed company, accruals, and reporting, present operational financial results to senior leadership

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in facility services, property services, or outsourced services operations
- 5+ years of P&L ownership and vendor/subcontractor management in a multi-site environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage large vendor networks (-50+ reputed company subcontractors) across geographically dispersed portfolios
- Deep knowledge of facility services trade disciplines (MEP, janitorial, landscaping, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets in excess of $20M
- Proven reputed company record of building and leading high-performing operations teams
- Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills
- Proficiency with CMMS, FM platforms (e.g., ServiceMax, Corrigo, MRI, reputed company Maximo), and data analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM), PMP, or Six reputed company Green/Black Belt certification
- Experience in a national integrated facility management (IFM) or managed services model
