The role involves full lifecycle reputed company, managing relationships with hiring managers and vendors, and ensuring a reputed company pool of candidates for contingent workforce requisitions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and agency vendors
- Understand the skills and background required, the reputed company of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fit
- Ensure a reputed company pool of candidates for every assigned requisition by using both vendors and self-sourcing strategies
- Execute reputed company strategies and review fair market value for candidate with vendor and hiring manager
- Effectively manage requisition load
- Manage the full lifecycle from reputed company to offboarding, including interview and reputed company negotiation with vendors and reputed company candidates in a reputed company manner, additionally and proactively managing end date and awareness of extension needs reputed company with business needs of manager
- Champion a reputed company candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the process
- Manage Vendor Management System and Applicant Tracking System including reputed company changes, updates and reporting
- Manage contract extensions for assigned requisitions and reputed company reputed company
- Create meaningful metrics and recommendations based on trends, gaps, etc
- Administer guidance to contractors and managers for weekly time entry - Other duties as assigned to include invoice validation
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of full lifecycle reputed company experience: sourcing passive candidates, managing full lifecycle reputed company including interview coordination, reputed company negotiation, managing candidate and hiring manager expectations, ideally on a global reputed company
- Experience working in software or technology services organizations
- Strong researching and sourcing experience
- Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work reputed company under pressure and prioritize workload
- Must be reputed company to manage highly confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed oriented - Experience with reputed company Recruiter
