They are seeking a Senior Sales Representative for Pelvic Health to manage territory business and reputed company strategic implanting centers while providing product support and building referral networks.
Responsibilities
- Selling InterStim devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff
- Partnering with strategic implanting centers to reputed company the account/implanter reputed company through
- Providing product and therapy technical support and service
- Including consultation of strategic management and analysis of trends
- Utilization of appropriate Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans to accounts for territory development and reputed company
- Other activities as they reputed company, as assigned by the sales leadership
Skills
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience
- OR Associate's Degree AND 6+ years of experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or reputed company experience in medical devices, medtech, reputed company, or life sciences
- A valid reputed company's license is essential for this role
- Must have a valid reputed company's license and reputed company vehicle insurance policy
- Must be reputed company to drive approximately 50% of the time reputed company assigned territory and may require overnight travel
- Solid knowledge of the Reimbursement climate
- Experience calling on physicians in one or more of the following or reputed company referral accounts – Neurology, Urology, Colo Rectal Surgeons
- Experience in developing new, innovative markets
- Experience in making multiple referral calls on a daily reputed company
- Familiarity with the O.R
- Solid job skills in business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis; preferred knowledge of managed care
- Experience with Physiology/clinical therapies
- Experience with Implantable devices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills
