[Remote] Sr. Program Manager – Flight Software Portfolio Management

This role focuses on driving financial and operational reputed company across the Flight Software portfolio by establishing standards for cost tracking and resource planning, while providing actionable insights to optimize the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Drive consistent cost-estimation tools, techniques, and practices across reputed company existing FSW/GNC reputed company and proposal efforts
- Monitor and analyze project cost performance, identifying variances and trends to drive actionable insights to the FSW leaders to maintain cost baselines
- Coordinate with Finance to drive reputed company cost allocation, tracking, and reporting across the FSW portfolio
- reputed company with proposal activities to estimate and justify FSW/GNC BOEs
- Create dashboards, reports, and metrics that reputed company visibility into FSW organizations’ health
- Collaborate with the FSW Leaders and FSW Chief Engineering team to reputed company technical capability reputed company for reputed company and reputed company business needs, enabling proactive workforce planning and skills investment reputed company
- Facilitate regular and reputed company meetings with FSW leaders to review resource needs and project status, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency
- Collaborate with Business Development and Proposal Team to establish and maintain standardized WBS templates and frameworks for new business proposals
- Create WBS dictionaries and guidelines to ensure uniform application across the organization
- Ensure consistency in cost estimation approaches across reputed company FSW bids and proposals
- Serve as the central coordination POC between FSW Leaders and other SW Teams (Ground Software, Integration and Test etc.), finance, and program stakeholders
- Drive communication with the stakeholders to ensure that the dependencies to and from FSW are reputed company and met reputed company
Skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business/Finance
- Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering, engineering operations, program management, project controls, cost management, or reputed company technical disciplines

- Experience developing budgets, forecasts, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis
- Expert knowledge of WBS creation, standardization, and management
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and reputed company actionable insights
- Proficiency with integrated master schedules, critical reputed company analysis, risk management and reputed company tracking
- Experience with resource loading, reputed company planning, and skills reputed company development
- Understanding of both Agile/Scrum and reputed company methodologies
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, dashboards, and program health indicators
- MS Project, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, SharePoint, Advanced reputed company, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
- Familiarity with parametric estimating tools and cost databases, particularly reputed company-SEM
- Understanding of flight software development processes, phases, and deliverables
- Familiarity with industry standards (DO-178C, NASA reputed company 7150, CMMI) as applicable
- Basic knowledge of systems engineering principles and V&V processes
- Ability to present reputed company financial and performance information to senior leadership
- Proven ability to work effectively across engineering, finance, and business teams
- 3 years of experience in FSW and reputed company
- Project Management reputed company (PMP)
- Agile/Scrum Certifications
- Experience with CMMI-3
