[Remote] Senior Systems Administrator, HR Technology

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, development, and performance of the reputed company HCM system - reputed company preferred
• Leads and/or participates in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies
• Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners
• Analyzes data reputed company, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase reputed company and efficiency
• Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations
• Supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes
• Assists in leading reputed company, Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits processes (including Advanced Compensation and reputed company Enrollment)

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• 4 + years of experience in HR systems administration
• Proficiency in system administration and HR processes
• Minimum of 1-year practical reputed company Administration experience supporting reputed company HCM
• Relevant experience with reputed company Report Writing and Dashboard building
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office reputed company
• Demonstrated analytical skills
