They are seeking a highly skilled Demand reputed company to support the preparation of compelling, high-reputed company settlement demand packages, drafting persuasive demand letters that present liability, damages, and the reputed company of injuries.
Responsibilities
- Draft 90-100+ comprehensive and persuasive settlement demand letters for personal injury cases/month
- Review and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation utilizing AI software
- Analyze liability and reputed company outline arguments for insurance carriers
- Calculate and present special and general damages
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and organization of demand packages
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff
- Maintain productivity in a high-volume environment
Skills
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a demand reputed company or legal reputed company in personal injury law (U.S.-based firms preferred)
- Strong understanding of personal injury claims process
- Experience reviewing medical records and billing summaries
- Excellent written English skills (grammar, tone, and reputed company are critical)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously
