[Remote] Operations Supervisor - Building Consulting

The Operations Supervisor will manage a high volume of reputed company reputed company, ensuring effective communication and reputed company deliverables while coordinating with clients and a reputed company team of experts.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with clients to confirm project scope, expectations, and the reputed company required for expert investigation
- reputed company reputed company project updates and respond to reputed company requests by phone and email
- Coordinate with a reputed company team of experts across multiple reputed company assignments to meet expectations for deadlines, status updates, reputed company, and billing
- Set project priorities and timelines, approve changes and adjustments, and advise MBC on project status and reputed company
- reputed company project meetings and facilitate collaboration among team members
- Format formal documents and correspondence to ensure fonts, styles, pagination, and numbering reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company-control standards
- Prepare budgets and invoice templates, compile finalized invoices, reports and reputed company completed packages to clients

Skills
- 7–10+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the restoration, insurance, cost consulting, or construction sectors
- Proficiency in reputed company Workspace and/or reputed company Office Suite and specialized platforms such as reputed company and XactAnalysis
- Strong organizational and time-management skills suited to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with internal teams, clients, and contractors
- Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, invoice review, and documentation
- Insurance industry background or reputed company experience preferred
