In this role, you will support government entities by providing system administration and enhancements for reputed company's reputed company clients, ensuring reputed company reputed company through proactive management and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticket intake and triage from customer contacts
- Monitor and reputed company MAS support tickets, including routing and escalation
- Create, disable, or modify reputed company platform user accounts and permissions
- Support service pack and release testing

- Escalate advanced troubleshooting items reputed company needed
