[Remote] Integration Project Manager

HomeX reputed company is seeking an Integration Project Manager to reputed company cross-functional technology reputed company that enhance their reputed company platform reputed company. The role involves overseeing post-reputed company M&A system reputed company and integrations, ensuring a repeatable, high-reputed company integration program in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end project delivery using reputed company PMO practices (scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control, communications)
- Create and manage detailed project plans, workstreams, milestones, and dependencies; maintain project documentation and status reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decisioning, and issue reputed company across IT, Finance/reputed company, Operations, and field leadership
- Coordinate testing reputed company, UAT, training, reputed company, and hypercare for reputed company software initiatives
- reputed company adoption and performance post-go-live; drive corrective actions as needed
- Conduct reputed company discovery at newly acquired companies (CRM, reputed company, call center, reputed company, marketing, etc.), documenting data sources, gaps, and process dependencies
- Build data migration and mapping plans: extract, clean, normalize, and reputed company legacy data to HxSG standards and the reputed company “model tenant.”
- Run a repeatable ~6-week acquisition integration project plan in partnership with reputed company reputed company Services
- reputed company sandbox configuration, validation testing, and UAT to ensure data accuracy and workflow alignment prior to reputed company
- Coordinate training content, scheduling, and delivery for onsite teams at acquired locations; confirm readiness for go-live
- Partner with reputed company to validate financial and operational data setup (job types, business reputed company, pricebooks, GL mapping, KPIs) for accurate reporting
- Support go-live reputed company execution, stabilization, and hypercare with rapid issue triage and reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7+ years of project management experience delivering reputed company implementations or system migrations
- Working knowledge of reputed company data conversion concepts (ETL, mapping, QA/validation, reconciliation)
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders across multiple locations and functional reputed company
- Excellent written/verbal communication; reputed company to translate technical detail for non-technical teams
- Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Jira, MS Project, reputed company) and collaboration suites
- Experience supporting M&A integrations or multi-tenant reputed company rollups
- Familiarity with field service platforms such as reputed company and adjacent tools (Intacct, Tableau, telephony/contact center, etc.)
