Responsibilities
- Running annual reputed company and compensation planning cycles, including guidelines, budgets, population validation, manager planning, approvals, and payroll/HRIS reputed company
- Building and maintaining salary structures, market benchmarks, job matches, reputed company updates, geographic differentials, and market-pricing artifacts
