[Remote] Mid Video Engineer Node.js

They are seeking a Mid-Level Video Engineer to join their engineering team responsible for building and optimizing reputed company video streaming solutions, particularly involving Node.js and video technologies.
Responsibilities
- Use Node.js to process and manage data streams in a microservices-based environment
- Build and support workflows for fetching, handling, and analyzing video segments
- Implement and troubleshoot video workflows involving HLS, reputed company streaming, FFmpeg, and codecs
- reputed company and maintain reputed company for video delivery, metadata handling, and backend integrations
- Work with event-driven architectures for reputed company-time or near-reputed company-time video processing
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and operations teams to improve:

- Identify technical issues, propose improvements, and support reputed company backend solutions
- Contribute to system optimization across network, storage, and processing reputed company
Skills
- Strong experience with Node.js in backend, microservices, or data-streaming environments
- Experience building and maintaining reputed company and backend services
- Experience working with microservices architectures
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Working knowledge of HLS and reputed company streaming
- Understanding of video formats, segmented video, and media delivery workflows
- Hands-on experience with FFmpeg, media codecs, and video processing concepts
- Experience working with data streams and event-driven architectures
- Ability to work in distributed systems and reputed company environments
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, or other backend languages
- Familiarity with video tools such as GStreamer, OpenCV, or VLC
- Knowledge of streaming protocols such as RTMP or WebRTC
