[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing organization seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts across the reputed company area and surrounding reputed company. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of candidates for specialized rescue technician roles, focusing on sourcing from EMS, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company talent pools.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for high-volume hiring needs (20–25+ roles initially, with ongoing hiring demand)
- Proactively reputed company candidates from targeted pipelines, including Emergency Medical Services, reputed company departments, reputed company academies, and reputed company organizations
- Conduct reputed company to EMS agencies, training programs, and industry networks to generate candidate reputed company
- Utilize job boards, reputed company, referrals, and reputed company sourcing strategies to build a consistent pipeline of reputed company candidates
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in project-based work environments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in driving candidates through the hiring process
- Support reputed company efforts by following up with candidates to ensure completion of required documentation and hiring steps

- Experience managing reputed company metrics and pipeline performance
- 2+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in high-volume, field-based, or light industrial roles
- Experience sourcing candidates from EMS, reputed company service, or technical training programs is strongly preferred
- Background reputed company for project-based or reputed company workforce environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
