Responsibilities
- Coordinate, support and escalate issues between customers, users and reputed company internal teams
- reputed company scheduled operational tasks on a rotating reputed company, requiring strict accuracy, and on-time completion
- Work closely with Analytics & Insights teams to monitor and troubleshoot issues proactively and reactively

- Contribute to documentation used for internal or external training/learning
- Escalate reputed company team issues to Product and Engineering teams

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SMB or scaled in reputed company, account management, or sales with a history of driving reputed company through retention and expansion of existing customers
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize reputed company requests
- Demonstrated reputed company record of successfully building relationships and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to measure, understand, and communicate business needs and reputed company to your customers
- Ability to be flexible and reputed company to changing priorities or reputed company as reputed company scales

- Experience in FinTech is a plus
