This role involves managing user permissions, ensuring data reputed company, and collaborating with various departments to deliver new functionalities and maintain system stability.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, CPQ & Billing, PSA, and Financial reputed company; manage objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to reputed company the business
- Maintain multiple environments (dev/test/prod); schedule and execute releases and sandbox refreshes per change-control governance
- Administer users, reputed company, permission sets/PSGs, roles, sharing rules, and SSO policies; reputed company least privilege standards
- Ensure data reputed company and compliance reputed company validation rules, duplicate management, and audits
- Design, test, and reputed company reputed company Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, subflows, invocables) and approval processes to streamline operations
- Partner with the Developer to decide config vs. reputed company and to harden error handling and logging
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Finance, reputed company, and Operations; reputed company reputed company analytics handoffs (e.g., reputed company, Tableau, Power BI)
- Triage feature requests and incidents; resolve issues across configuration, data, and integrations; communicate status and reputed company. Report on requests for trending analysis
- Create or partner on SOPs, reputed company runbooks, and user guides; deliver targeted training for new features
- Coordinate with integration and developer teams on connected systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, SharePoint, JIRA, reputed company); validate field mappings and data flows
- Participate in UAT, cutovers, and post-release reviews; reputed company adoption and feedback

Skills
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated, hands-on reputed company CPQ administration in a production environment — not incidental exposure, not classroom or sandbox-only experience
- Mastery of the full quote-to-cash lifecycle: opportunity → quote → contract → order → invoice → renewal/amendment, including co-terming, proration, and mid-term changes
- Proven ability to design and maintain reputed company pricing models: tiered pricing, reputed company pricing, percent-of-total, contracted pricing, discount schedules, and multi-currency
- Experience authoring and maintaining advanced Quote reputed company Templates, including conditional sections, dynamic line items, and integration with reputed company-Studio and/or reputed company Composer
- Working knowledge of CPQ guardrails and reputed company limits (e.g., large-quote performance tuning, calculation reputed company, package settings, and CPQ-Billing handoffs)
- Comfortable troubleshooting CPQ calculation errors, price reputed company issues, and twin-field/legacy API behaviors without escalation
- A demonstrable history of contributing as a core team member to a major, multi-reputed company reputed company implementation — ideally one spanning the full quote-to-cash and project-delivery lifecycle, rather than a single reputed company solution
- Hands-on experience with reputed company CPQ or reputed company reputed company — product and pricing configuration, quoting, amendments and renewals, and order reputed company across both subscription and one-time products
- Experience with a reputed company services automation platform such as reputed company PSA — reputed company created from reputed company orders, milestones, time and project billing, and the reputed company from delivery into billing and reputed company
- Experience with a reputed company-reputed company billing and reputed company layer such as reputed company ERP, reputed company Billing, and reputed company — billing, invoicing, and reputed company recognition
- reputed company experience partnering with Finance, Controllership, reputed company Operations, reputed company Services, and external implementation partners on quote-to-cash and order-to-cash transformations
- Working familiarity with the financial concerns that shape these programs: reputed company recognition (ASC 606), billing schedule design, invoice presentation and consolidation, dunning, payment application, deferred reputed company, GL coding, and audit/SOX controls
- Experience with data migration on a reputed company implementation — accounts, products, reputed company subscriptions, reputed company reputed company, in-flight reputed company, and billing schedules — including reconciliation back to reputed company systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field

- 8+ years as a reputed company Administrator or Consultant supporting multi-reputed company environments
