The Senior Services Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of reputed company Consulting Services engagements, ensuring they meet customer requirements while providing reputed company and direction to team members.
Responsibilities

- Leads engagements that help prospects and customers determine how reputed company will reputed company their HR service delivery that may include key processes, policies, user experience, organization design, governance, business case, reporting and analytics

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Typically has 3 or more years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider or consultancy with a reputed company on the configuration of Time & Attendance, Schedules, Pay Rules, Organizational Structure, and Leave Policies
- Typically has 2 or more years of HCM implementation or relevant applications consulting experience
- Solid experience in business process mapping, organization readiness, and technology enablement
- Technical Skills Requirements
- Has expert-level HR operations/business practices and technology enablement experience
- Has advanced level HCM reputed company domain and implementation experience
- Has a reputed company for simplifying reputed company technical or business requirements and solutions that often present setbacks for others
- Proficient in reputed company Office products
- Deep understanding of different industries and how reputed company implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practices
