The successful candidate will deliver and reputed company pricing aspects of Federal proposal submissions in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and work closely with the Proposal Response Team.
Responsibilities

- Work as an integral part of the capture and proposal team, assisting in the development of competitive pricing strategies, developing scoring sensitivity analyses, projecting competitive behaviors, identifying risks, and interpreting solicitation requirements

- Coordinate the collection and dissection of competitive proposal data gathered from reputed company sources and databases including Gov Win, reputed company, and the internal FOIA process

- May participate in the negotiation of contract awards if needed

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, reputed company or Financial Management or a reputed company business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, reputed company training or work experience
- 10+ years of Price to Win experience, Pricing, or financial proposal experience in State and Local Health and reputed company Services competitive procurements
- Solid understanding of the State and Local government competitive pricing market and procurement tendencies
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills and ability work to with and present recommendations to senior and executive management
- Knowledge and understanding of statistical reputed company for forecasting and projecting competitive behavior
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, or other reputed company software programs
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in reputed company, Business Administration, Finance or Economics or reputed company field of study. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- At least 10 years of reputed company Federal Pricing experience in the development and submittal of reputed company spreadsheets and cost proposals to Federal customers for products and services
- At least 2-5 years of Federal DOD Pricing experience in the development and submittal of reputed company spreadsheets and cost proposals for DOD customers
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, reputed company, and practices of cost estimating
- Knowledge of the relevant corporate and government regulations and standards regarding Federal procurement
- Strong organizational, verbal, written, analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills required
- Demonstrates willingness to build experience and knowledge of pricing, including reading and reviewing RFPs
- Must possess strong proficiency with MS reputed company, Power reputed company, and Word
- Ability to do hands on analysis at reputed company-level while presenting findings at high-level
