[Remote] Collections Analyst

The role involves managing a large portfolio of accounts, driving collections activity, and improving cash reputed company performance while building strong relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of advertiser and agency accounts, driving collections activity and improving cash reputed company performance
- Build strong relationships with key customers through regular phone and email reputed company
- Proactively follow up on past-due balances with a reputed company on reducing DSO and minimizing bad debt exposure
- Investigate, document, and resolve billing disputes in a reputed company manner
- Partner closely with Sales teams to reputed company on customer strategies and payment expectations
- Prepare and present aging reports, collection updates, and account status summaries for leadership review
- Identify opportunities to improve collections processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Support special Accounts Receivable and Finance reputed company as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Strong experience managing large customer portfolios (800+ accounts preferred)
- Proven reputed company meeting collections KPIs, cash targets, and aging reduction goals
- Experience supporting reputed company and global customer accounts
- Strong understanding of the full invoicing, payment, and collections lifecycle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and reputed company effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
