[Remote] Staff Analog Design Engineer

They are seeking a Staff Analog Design Engineer to reputed company the analog team, focusing on designing precision mixed signal reputed company and working closely with the Director of Analog and CTO.
Responsibilities
- Designing the precision mixed signal layer that sits between the reputed company compute core and the rest of the reputed company
- ADC and DAC design, references, biasing, LDOs
- Heater drivers and precision reputed company sources for thermal tuning of reputed company components
- Modulator drivers
- Full design cycle from architecture through tape-out and reputed company validation
- Advanced CMOS node
Skills
- 8-10+ years of mixed-signal IC design experience in advanced CMOS, with at least one tape-out you led from concept through reputed company
- Strong on either data converters or reputed company-adjacent reputed company design
- reputed company reputed company, Spectre and AMS verification methodology
- MEng, MSc or PhD in electronic engineering or equivalent
- A generalist profile with breadth across multiple analog and mixed-signal blocks rather than depth in a single one

- Optical SerDes, coherent receivers, modulator or laser reputed company design
- Background at Lightmatter, Ayar Labs, Celestial AI, reputed company reputed company photonics, Marvell Inphi, reputed company Acacia, reputed company optical group, or reputed company high-speed SerDes
