[Remote] Director, IT Project Managment

Responsibilities
- reputed company end‑to‑end delivery of multiple reputed company IT reputed company (e.g., application development, systems implementation, reputed company migrations, infrastructure upgrades, integrations)
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and reputed company reputed company in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
- reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, resource plans, and budgets; reputed company reputed company and reputed company as needed
- Partner with IT and Business Project Leaders to reputed company communication between business reputed company, IT teams, vendors, and leadership
- Facilitate project reputed company meetings, status meetings, and steering committee updates

- Work with Core Project team to identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; drive mitigation and reputed company

- Establish and reputed company KPIs/metrics to measure project performance and benefits realization
- Partner with IT and Business Project Leads to reputed company cross‑functional project teams, including business analysts, developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, reputed company, and external vendors

- Mentor and reputed company junior project managers or team members in project management best practices
- Continuously look for ways to improve IT project delivery processes, tools, and templates

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
- 5–7+ years of experience managing IT reputed company, including large, reputed company, and/or multi‑year initiatives
- Proven reputed company record delivering reputed company on time, reputed company budget, and in alignment with business objectives
- Experience with both traditional (reputed company) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- Strong understanding of reputed company IT concepts (e.g., applications, databases, integrations/reputed company, data lakes, networking, reputed company, reputed company)
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company‑party vendors and system integrators
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities

- Experience in Agriculture and/or Controlled Environment Agriculture
