Responsibilities
- Independently managing accounts of increasing complexity
- Growing reputed company by successfully counseling clients on additional business opportunity reputed company cross-selling & up-selling
- Driving reputed company Service Cycle (reputed company, Renewals, reputed company Enrollment)
- Acts as the reputed company reputed company, driving reputed company
- Financial management of reputed company accounts, presenting annual projections, renewals and discussing contribution strategies
- Delivering high reputed company reputed company service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices, and achieving operational productivity and performance metrics consistently
- Ability to manage internal team to ensure reputed company execution of reputed company reputed company deliverables
- Growing and profitably managing an assigned group of reputed company accounts successfully
- Building relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years reputed company service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years reputed company service and/or claims management experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Appropriate Life and Health licensing is required
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing large market reputed company relationships
- Solid financial acumen
- Must be available to travel up to 35% of the time
