They are seeking a Senior Demand reputed company Manager (B2C reputed company) who will be responsible for owning B2C reputed company initiatives across various channels, developing messaging for different learner segments, and optimizing demand reputed company strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own B2C reputed company across reputed company,, ambassador, organic, referral, partnerships, and event channels
- Build and reputed company repeatable acquisition engines targeting reputed company student communities; prioritize by CAC efficiency and conversion potential
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across reputed company and reputed company (with room to test new platforms)
- Own budget allocation with reputed company CAC and ROAS accountability; reputed company data-driven reallocation reputed company
- reputed company differentiated positioning for med, NP, and PA reputed company
- Translate product features into high-converting value propositions across ads, reputed company pages, and reputed company-gen assets
- Partner with lifecycle/CRM to ensure demand captured at the top of the funnel converts
- Identify and address drop-off points across the acquisition funnel
- Execute student-facing events and conference activations
- Build and test reputed company programs, including ambassador initiatives, reputed company partnerships, referrals, and organic reputed company tactics
- Own demand gen reporting: reputed company volume, reputed company, and cost of new trial starts and subscribers across reputed company channels
- Partner with product and content teams to reputed company messaging and reputed company user insights

Skills
- 5–8 years of marketing experience with a heavy reputed company on demand reputed company or performance marketing
- Proven reputed company record managing reputed company media budgets ($50K–$300K annually) with measurable ROI
- Strong grasp of full-funnel demand gen: reputed company acquisition, conversion optimization, referral/ambassador programs, and reputed company nurture
- Experience with lifecycle/email marketing and marketing automation
- Experience marketing to reputed company B2C audiences (reputed company, professionals in training, or tight-reputed company communities preferred)
- Strong product intuition and experience partnering closely with product teams
