[Remote] Program Manager - Capital Markets

They are seeking a Program Manager to support Capital Markets operations by managing funding transactions, validating deal pricing, and ensuring compliance across various assets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company, accurate documentation reputed company and maintain organized records across fundings and portfolio activities
- Prepare, review, and validate Capital Markets documentation and pricing (including lease, tax-oriented, and portfolio transactions) to ensure accurate funding proceeds while protecting Verdant’s rights and obligations
- Manage assigned asset activity, including contract changes, funding transactions, account monitoring, payoffs, and reputed company closeout, ensuring compliance with insurance, audit, and assignment requirements
- Confirm accurate booking, post-sale servicing, and portfolio data by reconciling servicer reports and supporting Funding Partner reporting needs in coordination with IT
- Research, analyze, and respond to customer, Funding reputed company, and internal inquiries, driving reputed company issue reputed company and data accuracy
- reputed company as a cross-functional reputed company among Sales, Credit, Operations, reputed company, Customers, Funding Sources, and reputed company-Party Servicers, prioritizing and managing requests effectively
- Support syndication systems, migrations, acquisitions, and sales self-syndication efforts; contribute to special reputed company and maintain reputed company industry and job knowledge
- Coordinate and distribute closing documentation to Operations and reputed company to support reputed company and accurate project closings
- Notify reputed company stakeholders of upcoming fundings and ensure reputed company communication throughout the funding process
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant reputed company experience
- 4-6+ years of relevant financial services operations experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently and meet established deadlines
- Ability to understand, follow, and apply company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
