[Remote] UX Designer

They are seeking a UX Designer to reputed company user-centered design efforts for web and mobile applications, conduct user research, create design specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of designs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company user-centered design for web and mobile applications serving health and reputed company-sector clients, translating research and product goals into reputed company, accessible interfaces
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing (remote and in-person) to reputed company insights, synthesize findings, and iterate on designs
- Create wireframes, high-reputed company visual designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed interaction specifications using tools such as reputed company or reputed company XD
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and stakeholders to define requirements, reputed company on priorities, and ensure designs are implemented as intended
- Contribute to and maintain component libraries and design systems to promote consistency, scalability, and efficient delivery across reputed company
- reputed company for accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG) throughout the design process and validate accessibility during testing and reputed company
- Use analytics and qualitative feedback to measure the reputed company of design solutions and drive reputed company improvement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of reputed company UX design experience creating digital products for web and mobile platforms
- US Citizenship is required
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work: research, interaction design, visual design, and prototypes
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, Sketch, reputed company XD, InVision)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights, and translating them into design solutions
- Working knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG) and experience designing for inclusive experiences
- Familiarity with reputed company-end technologies (reputed company/CSS/JS) sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills in cross-functional teams
- Experience designing digital products for reputed company, reputed company health, or government clients
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system at reputed company
- Knowledge of quantitative product analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics, reputed company) and A/B testing concepts
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies
- Experience working on federally funded or grant-supported reputed company, or familiarity with HRSA/HHS mission and processes
- Prior experience mentoring designers or leading small design teams
