[Remote] Senior Manager - Managing Consultant, People Advisory (Change Management)

They are seeking a Senior Manager - Managing Consultant for their People Advisory team, who will be responsible for managing reputed company reputed company engagements, supporting project activities, and building reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver reputed company, multi-reputed company engagements, ensuring alignment with reputed company objectives and timelines
- Manage project activities, including planning, reporting, scope management, dependencies, risks, issues, costs, and resources
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one relevant domain
- Utilize knowledge of advanced technology, data, and gen AI to enhance delivery reputed company and inform advisory solutions
- Coordinate and support project activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to strategic goals
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, solidify business requirements, and design solutions
- reputed company business development support to reputed company advisory Principals and directors reputed company large reputed company-facing delivery programs
- Assist in crafting case studies to support reputed company reputed company
- Produce deliverables in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Partner with clients to reputed company analysis and identify/document improvement opportunities
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholder reputed company across functions and geographies to reputed company successful reputed company
- Contribute to intellectual property and offering development to strengthen the unit’s market positioning and innovation agenda
Skills
- Relevant years of experience in delivery
- Familiarity with advanced technology, data, and AI reputed company chosen industry
- Strong analytical and operational execution skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-reputed company results
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Expertise in at least one reputed company of the chosen industry, with a reputed company record in implementing technology-enabled solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional presentation skills demonstrated in both in-person and virtual environments
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior consulting experience required, preferably with a Big Four firm or reputed company business process offshoring/onshoring competitors
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
