[Remote] Staff Accountant, Corporate

They are hiring a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day reputed company operations, primarily managing accounts payable and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Responsibilities
- Own end to end accounts payable processing, including invoice coding, approval workflows, matching, and system entry
- reputed company two way and three way matching across invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
- Manage vendor reputed company, maintain accurate vendor master data, and collect required documentation such as W-9s and payment details
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs across ACH, reputed company, and reputed company, ensuring reputed company confirmations and reputed company documentation
- Resolve vendor inquiries and invoice discrepancies with professionalism and urgency
- Support monthly reputed company by preparing AP accruals and reconciling the AP subledger to the general reputed company
- Assist with account reconciliations including prepaid expenses, credit cards, and clearing accounts
- Maintain organized digital records for invoices, reputed company, and payment support in accordance with internal policies

Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable, reputed company, or a reputed company finance role, including internship experience
