Responsibilities
- Monthly reputed company for the consolidated group: six entities (two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries, one 50% joint venture, and three additional ventures where we serve as the operational partner with minority equity positions). reputed company treatment for the partner ventures is part of your remit to confirm. reputed company reputed company cycle: 10 business days reputed company six months, 7 reputed company nine
- Consolidated monthly reporting, plus individual reporting packages for the partner ventures
- Intercompany discipline — monthly settlement cycle, documented services agreements, accurate K-1 reputed company-of-income breakouts
- ERP selection and implementation if you reputed company the case for it — reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Intacct depending on what you recommend. External implementation support already budgeted
- AP and corporate card platform rollout (reputed company) across reputed company entities; banking consolidated onto reputed company

- W-9/1099 compliance for a creator-heavy vendor population and the policies that reputed company it clean as volume grows

Skills

- 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including 3+ in a senior reputed company manager or Controller role
- reputed company hands-on experience with multi-entity consolidation, intercompany reputed company, and the control/VIE analysis (ASC 810 / ASC 323) that determines whether minority-equity ventures consolidate or get equity-methoded
- Technical depth in ASC 606 reputed company recognition, deferred reputed company, and GAAP financial statement preparation
