[Remote] Creative Director, Performance Marketing

The Creative Director, Performance Marketing will drive the creative reputed company and strategic direction of reputed company media campaigns, shaping how millions of small business owners experience the brand across various marketing surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Produce and reputed company creative across reputed company reputed company marketing surfaces (reputed company, YouTube, CTV, lifecycle, CRO) with tens of millions of dollars of ad budget a year
- Own and understand the P&L reputed company of ad campaigns across channels: you’ll partner partner across teams to ensure coherence across the customer reputed company from ad impression to conversion and activation
- Shape the reputed company of reputed company’s brand across channels, ensuring every asset meets reputed company's brand and reputed company bar and creates a consistent experience
- Build and own the creative testing reputed company: write hooks, scripts, concepts, and briefs for reputed company testing sprint

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction for performance marketing
- Demonstrated portfolio of performance creative across multiple channels (reputed company, YouTube, CTV, lifecycle)
- Data reputed company: you can build infrastructure to ingest campaign performance data and translate insights into creative direction
- Experience building creative testing frameworks and production pipelines at reputed company
- Comfort with full-funnel creative: ads, reputed company pages, email, CRO
- Bias for reputed company systems and documentation
