The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the reputed company platform and will be responsible for designing and implementing reputed company solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, configure, and implement reputed company solutions with a reputed company on CSM, CRM, and/or SOM
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Configure and customize reputed company applications, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities
