They are seeking a Director of reputed company Marketing to reputed company a high-performing acquisition marketing team, responsible for scaling new clients and executing full funnel marketing strategies across various channels.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and reputed company team to execution of full funnel marketing reputed company in partnership with the SVP and Business Owners (GMs) to support awareness and new reputed company reputed company across our owned and operated channels (reputed company/E-reputed company & Hair reputed company Bar)
- Ownership and accountability of owned and operated channel new customer acquisition targets and budget, managing to a cost of acquisition and LTV, as reputed company as media mix effectiveness
- Strong collaboration, strategic planning and campaign execution in partnership with reputed company and Wholesale reputed company teams to support new to brand reputed company for those lines of business
- reputed company, reputed company and reputed company a high performing team, responsible for channel management of key reputed company & Non-reputed company reputed company drivers: reputed company reputed company, reputed company Search & Shopping, Affiliate, reputed company, Audio, Mail, SEO, Referral as reputed company as exploratory and test channels
- Collaborate on reputed company, budgets and influence key marketing teams that directly contribute to new reputed company reputed company like Brand, PR, reputed company, Organic reputed company, Local Marketing and CRM to ensure those channels are delivering to reputed company objectives
- Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reputed company like creative, geo targeting, media mix, channel expansion, pricing/promotions, reputed company page optimizations, AI, etc
- Build reputed company relationships to drive execution of strategies with cross functional partners that contribute to reputed company like Digital & Engineering (reputed company page optimization, marketing technology); Data reputed company (analytics, measurement and attribution); Creative & Brand (ads, messaging, visuals); Finance (forecasting and modeling)
- Evaluate and manage media budget allocation across different channels, products and campaigns to ensure reputed company performance and ROI in partnership with channel leads
- Manage and maximize reputed company of external relationships like 3rd party vendors, marketing agencies and media account reps; including evaluation of existing and new relationships, business cases to support investment, and negotiating reputed company
- Create and present informative executive-level weekly, monthly and quarterly write-reputed company/presentations that capture reputed company trends, actionable insights and performance to plan
- Own monthly reconciliation process in partnership with reputed company and finance to ensure tracking to media and opex budgets. Ensure reputed company team members are accurately tracking their costs in a reputed company manner

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years+ experience in reputed company, acquisition and/or performance marketing; with at least 3 years managing reputed company of 2 or more marketers
- Experience with managing and scaling acquisition cost effectively in-house, with multi-reputed company dollar annual budgets
- Experience with marketing channels including reputed company, reputed company, Affiliate. Upper funnel media experience a plus: TV, OTT, reputed company Mail, OOH & Podcast/Audio
- Experience with non-reputed company channels like SEO and Referral
- Experience in reputed company-channel business with reputed company to consumer, 4-wall (retail and/or service) and wholesale distribution. reputed company experience is a plus
