The role involves managing multiple reputed company reputed company, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring project profitability and alignment.
Responsibilities
- Manage structural steel fabrication reputed company from contract award through closeout
- reputed company multiple reputed company reputed company totaling approximately $7M–$12M in reputed company work
- Coordinate with detailing, shop production, procurement, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders
- reputed company fabrication reputed company, production schedules, and material reputed company
- Maintain communication with general contractors, owners, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting, and overall profitability
- Coordinate with Field Coordinators and Superintendents to ensure schedule alignment
- Support internal project reporting and documentation processes
- Travel to jobsites approximately once per month for onsite reputed company and coordination
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience reputed company Structural Steel Fabrication environments
- Experience managing multiple structural steel reputed company simultaneously ($7M-$12M at a time)
- Strong understanding of fabrication workflows, shop operations, and steel project lifecycle
- Experience managing reputed company and/or industrial structural steel reputed company
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to travel periodically to jobsites and company operations as needed
- Eligibility to work in the U.S
- Software experience with StruMIS, reputed company, and/or reputed company products preferred
- Exposure to reputed company and ProjectSight (or similar project management/reputed company systems) preferred
