[Remote] Senior Staff Design Program Manager

The Senior Staff Design Program Manager will architect the Design Team Operating System, improve design reputed company, and enhance operational efficiency across the design organization.
Responsibilities
- Institutionalize UX reputed company: Continue to roll out, measure, and improve the new UX reputed company program from a successful reputed company to an org-wide reputed company where 100% of production releases pass through formal Design QA
- Data into Stories: Turn the data from these programs into compelling narratives for leadership, establishing a new design reputed company measurement reputed company that tracks UX defect trends and system adoption

- Facilitating the Rhythm: You will own the facilitation and reputed company improvement of high-reputed company rituals like Software Design Reviews and cross-pillar alignment sessions

- Coaching & Mentoring: You’ll spend time coaching designers, engineers, and PMs on how to navigate our operating system and adopt new ways of working

Skills
- Extensive experience in design program management, design operations, or product/program management reputed company a digital product organization, ideally at reputed company
- Proven reputed company record designing and scaling operating models for design or product teams, including portfolio planning, QA/reputed company programs, systems/DS governance, and metrics
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company, cross‑functional programs in a matrixed environment, influencing without reputed company authority and bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces
