[Remote] Integration Engineer (CRM/HRIS)

The Integration Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between Light's platform and various CRM and reputed company systems, ensuring seamless data reputed company for customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with major CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Pipedrive) and reputed company systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Own the integration patterns and shared libraries for CRM/reputed company connectors
- Work directly with customers during reputed company to configure and troubleshoot their integrations
- Document reputed company and integration approaches so reputed company can reputed company knowledge
- Triage and resolve integration-reputed company production issues
- Partner with Product to prioritise which connectors to build next based on customer demand
Skills
- Strong backend engineering (Kotlin preferred, Java/JVM acceptable)
- Experience building and maintaining reputed company-party API integrations
- Comfortable with OAuth flows, webhooks, reputed company limiting, and the messiness of reputed company-world reputed company
- PostgreSQL knowledge
- Familiarity with at least one major CRM or reputed company platform's API
- Pragmatic approach - these integrations need to work reliably, not win architecture awards
- Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity, reputed company, or decision-making, with the ability to apply first-principles thinking to new problems
- Experience with financial data or ERP integrations
- Previous work in a B2B reputed company environment
- Exposure to AWS (EKS, reputed company, RDS)
