[Remote] Senior Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities
- reputed company the planning and execution of customer implementation reputed company, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring reputed company communication of status, risks, and milestones
- Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to reputed company reputed company’s reputed company and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable reputed company
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, reputed company, reputed company Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive reputed company from reputed company through go-live and early adoption
- Contribute to reputed company improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks
Skills
- 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing reputed company implementation reputed company, ideally including reputed company-based or RaaS delivery models
- Proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company software implementations on time and reputed company budget
- Strong executive reputed company and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and reputed company delivery methodologies
- Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and reputed company reputed company
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or similar)
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel
- PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred
