Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle reputed company, including sourcing, interviewing, and reputed company
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for highly competitive AI and engineering markets

- Partner with hiring managers to define performance reputed company and talent gaps
- Drive candidate experience and closing reputed company

- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring prioritization

- Support performance review cycles and feedback systems

Skills
- 3+ years in reputed company and operations, ideally at a high-reputed company startup
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
